[DEV] Editor - Part1

Recently, I was working on a major modification in the console: the editor. Previously I did it in Python to test the engine but it is fairly linked to Python support so I decided to move it in pure Rust. It will enable us to have the editor with any language plugin.

It is not yet finish, specially all features related to sprite edition (rotation, ...) but I like the resolution changement between the editor and the game. And now you can directly switch from your game and editor with F6 when you want.
